Return/Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges on jewelry items at this time (unless a defective/wrong item is received, in that case an exchange is applicable). 

At this time we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us @somethingbeautifulboutiquebyv@gmail.com, within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to replace the item/items for you.

We will only issue a refund if the item(s) have not been shipped yet or are out of stock when ordered.
